The Kalenichenko family founded the “Pokrov” Christian Charity Fund in 2011
The main goal of the Foundation is to carry out charitable activities for the benefit of society and citizens, to promote the spiritual recovery of society, to preserve and strengthen cultural values, Christian traditions, to provide comprehensive assistance in the construction, revival, restoration of temples and other religious objects, including monuments history, architecture and culture.
Guided by Christian values, our Foundation assists people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, helps orphans, the disabled, the infirm who need care, and assists large and low-income families. The main goal of our foundation during the war is the organization of humanitarian and financial assistance to the residents of Ukraine who suffered because of the war. From the first days of the introduction of martial law, we organized the supply of food products to Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region.
The head office of the “Pokrov” Christian Charitable Foundation is located in Kharkiv, a city that is under daily shelling. We recently opened a representative office in Lviv and Odesa. Our volunteers deliver aid to the most dangerous and destroyed areas.
The collected funds will be directed to the purchase food, medicine, everything necessary for the victims and for the liquidation of the destruction of our city and region.
